Billing Information

Billing Cycles

We offer monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual payments receive up to 20% discount. Services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled.

Auto-Renewal

Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted service. You'll receive renewal reminders 7 days before billing. You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your client area.

Invoices & Receipts

Invoices are automatically generated and sent via email. Receipts are issued immediately after successful payment. All billing history is available in your client area.

Late Payments

Services with unpaid invoices will be suspended after 7 days grace period. Suspended services are terminated after 14 days. Late payment fees may apply.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all annual shared hosting plans. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Note: Domain registrations, VPS hosting, SSL certificates, and monthly plans are non-refundable. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Currency & Taxes

Our website uses USD (United States dollars) as the primary currency. We also accept payments in HKD and CNY at current exchange rates.

Prices do not include applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added based on your location. Business customers can provide tax exemption certificates.
