You can send and receive emails using any desktop-based email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora, Foxmail, Windows Mail, etc. We also have a guide on how you can configure different email clients to send/receive emails. The enterprise email product supports the SMTP, POP, IMAP and MAPI protocols.
No, you can only use one service at a time. You can choose between the free cPanel emails that come with all shared hosting accounts, or upgrade to the Enterprise email service.
To access your webmail interface, you can use the URL: http://webmail.yourdomainname.com. Once you are on the login page, you must log in with your email address and the corresponding password.
