How to import emails from a different provider? Print

You can import the emails from another email account to your email account by following the steps below.

1. Login to the webmail interface.
2. At the top of the page, click on 3 parallel sign icon beside OX symbol.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Advanced Settings.
5. Click on Import Mails.
6. Fill in the required details of the email account from which you wish to import the emails.
7. Click on Start Import to begin the process.

** You will be notified once the import process begins.
** The process can take more than 2 hrs depending on the size of data that is transferred.
