It is important to keep your information up-to-date in our records so that we can send you important information about your service. Please also note that our support system will only allow support tickets to be opened from registered email addresses in our system, therefore correct details are necessary in order to ensure that we can handle your support requests.
We also highly recommend adding alternative email contacts with domains that ARE NOT running on your server to ensure that you can send us support requests in case your server is not responding.
All operations are done through our Dashboard or Client Area, please log in to the URL below with your currently registered Username (email) and password.

Steps to update your primary contact details:
- Click on “My Details” tab. This will load your existing details
- Verify and update all contact details including phone number and email address please ensure they are valid
- Click on "Save Changes" to save your details
Steps to Add an additional contact:
- Click on "My Details" tab
- Click on “Add New Contact”
- Enter the details of the additional contact including phone number and email address and please ensure they are valid
- Click the checkbox "Activate Sub-Account" if you would like this contact to login to our portal and manage your account
- Select the relevant types of emails this contact would like to receive under "Email Preference". Note, if this contact should receive our service maintenance notifications then please select "General Emails"
- Click on "Save Changes" to save this contact
Steps to Edit an additional contact:
- Click on "My Details" tab
- Click on "Contacts/Sub-Accounts"
- Select the contact which you would like to edit
- Update the details of the additional contact including phone number and email address and please ensure they are valid
- Click on "Save Changes" to save this contact
Please note: The option "Activate Sub-Account", will allow access to your client area and will allow the contact to create other Contacts/Sub-Accounts as well as other actions with the same privileges as the Primary account.
