1) Log in to your Client Area: https://www.internetsolutions.hk/dashboard/clientarea.php
2) Go to Services / My Services.
3) Click on the product you want to cancel.
4) Click Request Cancellation (on the right side under menu ACTIONS).
Also, please cancel any possible payment subscription with Paypal.
